The dance with shadow, the dance with the dark side of self, the dance of healing, the dance of teaching, the dance of growing from the shadow. Shadow becomes the mirror. Shadow comes into your life, triggers you and turns your emotional body upside down, shaking your fear out of those dark places, rattling your cage and bringing all that you thought you had dealt with, to come rushing forward. Feeling the armour wrapped around, the old story falls out of your mouth, the sabotage of self. Push them away, don’t face what is before you, it’s safer in the shadow. But Shadow looks at you-Is this how you really want to play this out? Do you want to play this old game, come hold my hand, let me take you into the void, into the darkness and show you have nothing to fear, just fear itself and that doesn’t serve you. We will laugh our fear and sadness away, feeling our joy in this healing, dance with the freedom of flying true to self. Seeing that within the darkness there is light, grounding into that light, shed the layers, ground and rebirth yourself, birth yourself from the dark, into the light. It’s time to hold Shadows hand and realise you have got this, you are protected as you evolve through this, you can climb and mountain before you and conquer you.
